Exam Policies
1. Payment
Your seat is confirmed only after the payment has been successfully processed.
2. Confirmation Email
Once payment is received, you will receive an official confirmation email containing your exam schedule and instructions for the exam day.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
7 calendar days or more before the exam date:
Cancellation or one rescheduling request is allowed. A processing fee of CAD $40 per exam will be deducted from the refund.
Less than 7 calendar days before the exam date:
No cancellation, refund, or rescheduling will be permitted.
Medical Exception:
Rescheduling is permitted only with a valid medical certificate. No refund will be issued.
4. Personal Information & Identification
You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information matches exactly with your passport or official identification document.
A valid passport or government-issued photo ID must be presented on the day of the exam.
5. 20-Day Retake Policy
You must wait at least 20 calendar days (including weekends and holidays) before retaking the same TEF exam, regardless of the test center.
Registrations made before this waiting period will be automatically cancelled.
These policies apply to all TEF sessions administered by our Vancouver examination center.
